The winners of the 2024 Geffen Awards, were announced on October 22nd, 2024, during the closing ceremony at Icon Festival פסטיבל אייקון, the 28th Annual Israeli Festival for science fiction, fantasy and role playing games.
The winners are:
For Best Original Book: "The Archangel Sisters – Gate Of Shadows" by Naama Bar Shira
For the Best Short Story: "Where the books are" by Bar Fischbein,Published in "Once Upon a Future 2023"
For the Best Science Fiction Book: "The Fifth Season" by N. K. Jemisin, Translated by Zafrir Grosman, Opus Press
For the Best Fantasy Book: "The Hidden Legacy: Sapphire Flames , Emerald Blaze, Ruby Fever" by Ilona Andrews, Translated by Yael Achmon, Alma books & Ahavot Books
For the Best Young Adult Book: "The Chalice of the Gods" by Rick Riordan, Translated by Yael Achmon, Kinneret Zmora Bitan Publishing
